Mitsubishi is putting a little more pizazz into its crossover SUV – the Outlander Sport. Mitsubishi has introduced a version with a more powerful engine, a 168-horsepower 2.4-liter four-cylinder powerplant that has 20 more horsepower than the standard Outlander Sport.
The new Outlander Sport will be called the 2.4 ES. There will also be a “dress-up” version, the 2.4 GT, that has outstanding features that include; power driver’s seat, leather-wrapped parking brake handle, aluminum pedals and fancier outside mirrors. The Outlander Sport also comes with an optional sound system, a 710-watt Rockford Fosgate® premium sound system with nine speakers.
The new Outlander Sport is rumored to start arriving in showrooms by the end of the month. Stay tuned for the announcement on when these Outlander Sports will be arriving on the Jim Shorkey showroom floor!
